He founded Champion Sport Consulting to offer leadership and insight to clubs and federations seeking to strengthen their football identity, align coaching and player pathways and compete on the global stage.

An experienced football administrator and trusted player liaison, Sainey leads client management and operational support.
With a strong background in managing elite youth players, professional athletes and national team environments, Sainey ensures seamless communication between clients and our partner organisations, helping deliver a world-class service to clubs, federations and players across Europe, Africa and beyond.
Together, Mattar and Sainey bring decades of complementary football experience to Champion Sport Consulting, combining strategic leadership with hands-on operational expertise.

Technical Support & Media Production
Abdoulie is an engineer, grassroots coach and content creator who brings a unique mix of football and media skills to Champion Sport Consulting. With over seven years of youth coaching experience in Japan and as the founder of Jollof Football Bantaba, a leading platform promoting Gambian football, he combines technical expertise with creative storytelling.
At CSC, Abdoulie provides essential support to the team and plays a key role in media production, helping to deliver high-quality content that showcases our work and amplifies our impact. His specialist contributions in technical operations and digital media make him a valued member of the team.
Mattar M’Boge Appointed Senior Talent Identification Programme Manager Africa at FIFA
10.09.2025 Champion Sport Consulting is proud to announce that our founder, Mattar M’Boge, has been appointed by FIFA as Senior Talent Identification Programme Manager Africa, a role within the Talent Development Scheme led by Arsène Wenger.
In this new capacity, Mattar will be responsible for driving talent identification strategies across the African continent, supporting Member Associations and ensuring that every talent has the opportunity to be discovered and developed.
This appointment reflects Mattar’s extensive experience as a coach and consultant, as well as his contributions to youth development in Africa, Europe, the USA and the Middle East.
The mission of Champion Sport Consulting has always been to advance opportunities for players and coaches across the world. This appointment underscores that vision, placing our expertise at the heart of FIFA’s global strategy.
